Beyond Basics: Preparing for PDGM (Four-Part Webinar Series)

According to a recent survey, only 33% of home health executives said their clinical staff are adequately prepared for the Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) to take effect in 2020. This new payment model for home health will have a major impact on your operational, clinical, financial, and technology processes that could affect an agency’s bottom line. PHA has members covered with a new four-part webinar series that digs deeper into the biggest changes.

Previous trainings were targeted to home health agency owners, C-suite executives, and management. But as 2020 approaches, ALL of your staff members need to be aware of the changes and update their processes now. PHA’s webinar series is one registration fee per location, so gather as many of your staff as possible to participate.

Webinar 1:
The Importance of Patient Data Accuracy in PDGM

Laura Page-Greifinger, President/CEO, Quality in Real Time
When PDGM takes effect, your agency’s intake staff and clinicians must be made aware of the importance of gathering detailed and accurate information. Without this, coding may not be as accurate as possible and may cause claims to be kicked back as RTPs. Learn what you need to do differently when collecting patient data under PDGM.
