The Community HealthChoices managed Medicaid program will be completely implemented in Pennsylvania by January 1, 2020. While managed care presents enormous challenges, there is also great opportunity. Homecare agencies must adapt to the new environment and adopt a new culture in order to survive the challenges and execute on the opportunities.
