As PHA members are aware, CHC Managed Care Organizations (CHC MCOs) have updated provider agreements to include additional language prohibiting provider solicitation. The language is included in the PA Department of Human Services and the CHC MCO Agreements, and is required by the Department to be part of provider/CHC MCO contracts.

Please join PHA and Office of Long-Term Living representatives on March 1 at 2:00 to discuss the “new” language, regulatory rules on provider solicitation, and ask your questions! This webinar is free for PHA members.
