Although OASIS has been around for quite a while, clinicians continue to struggle with the rules that govern the completion of the items. This leaves the clinician frustrated and the agency struggling to find every dime of profit. This session will focus on the OASIS E conventions and apply them to unique scenarios that we encounter in the field. Clinicians will also be able to begin capturing and documenting the patient's social determinants of health to both improve outcomes and patient satisfaction.
