The session will provide strategies to address CMS focus areas for home and facility- based visits.
This webinar will include:
- The scope of CMS targeted areas including personnel, office management, direct care delivery policies, procedures, staff training and responsibilities, competency identification, pandemic infection prevention/control, emergency planning and emergency staffing.
- Identification of survey priorities and verification including documentation practices to avoid potential condition level findings or Immediate Jeopardy.
- A discussion of basic organization-wide policies and processes that must be addressed e.g., Emergency Management Policies, office visitors, PPE management and personnel practices such as sick leave, return to work.
