This series will kick-off with a 45-minute OSHA 101 session on April 29, followed by a more in-depth look at common OSHA citations during Covid-19, lessons learned, and a review of the latest guidance. Attendees can choose to attend one or both sessions; a discount will be offered for those interested in attending both. Cost: Both Webinars: Webinar 1: OSHA 101: Understanding OSHA Basics Description: The webinar is designed to help you better understand OSHA’s laws and regulations and will cover OSHA basics, including employer safety obligations, recordkeeping, reporting, inspections, and safety statistics. Webinar 2: OSHA 201: OSHA Citations During COVID-19 and Beyond; What Home-Based Care Providers Need to Know Description: This webinar will cover current and expected new OSHA rules, common citations for homecare, home health and hospice, and what healthcare employers need to know about OSHA’s National Emphasis Program (NEP), focused on industries where workers have an increased potential exposure to COVID-19. If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, please notify PHA in writing via email ([email protected]) If the notice of cancellation is received PRIOR to the day of the event/workshop, PHA will provide a credit, minus a 30% administrative fee. This credit must be used within one year of the date of issue on educational programming. Credit will not be accepted for membership dues or PHA’s Annual Conference. No credit will be given for no-shows or cancellations on the DAY OF or following the event/workshop. Substitutions are permitted up to the day of the event. |
