PAS Providers: Please Join Us to Share Feedback on Community HealthChoices RFI

On March 6, the Department of Human Services (DHS) issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking stakeholder feedback on the Community HealthChoices (CHC) program. Comments are due by 12:00 p.m. on April 14, 2023, and PHA will be submitting comments on behalf of members.

Please join us on Thursday, April 6 at 1:00 p.m. to discuss PHA’s draft comments on the RFI and to share your thoughts! Register here to attend.
