PHA will be holding a two-day OASIS training workshop on August 28-29, 2023, in Harrisburg, PA.
We are also including the COS-C exam on August 30, 2023, this is an optional add-on. PHA partners with OASIS Answers to provide this training.

Schedule:

Workshop: August 28-29, 2023
Registration & Continental Breakfast: 7:30-8:00 a.m.
Workshop: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Breakfast & Lunch are provided both days.

COS-C Exam (Optional): August 30, 2023
Registration: 8:15 - 8:45 a.m. (breakfast not provided)
Must be seated by 8:45 a.m. for Exam Instructions
Exam: 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.

If you must cancel your registration for any reason, please notify PHA in writing via email ([email protected]). If the notice of cancellation is received PRIOR to the day of the event/workshop, PHA will provide a credit, minus a 30% administrative fee. This credit must be used within one year of the date of issue on educational programming. Credit will not be accepted for membership dues or PHA’s Annual Conference. No credit will be given for no-shows or cancellations on the DAY OF or following the event/workshop. Substitutions are permitted up to the day of the event.
